I will get my master degree in organic chemistry next year, my ideal salary is about 6000RMB one month in inshore cities. Many chemical companies give this salary, how much is your ideal salary one month?

    The salary may be important, but should be second to your development, especially in your early days at work.
    One can start with meagre money and  earn graceful salary several years later.
    The opposite can also occur, if you attach importance only to money in your life.

    I agree with solarzhao, it's important to develop one's competence,one shoule have long views.

    as a PH.D. I Think the salary should be some 9000RMB. but i think the development is more important than the first salary the company have give you. but there must be some relationship between development and salary!

    If you live in Beijing,you need RMB8000 a month at least.
    But I live in a middle city,RMB3000 a month is adequate.
    I think I need a steady job and some additional income.

    i think the opportunity  and the prospect of the company are more important than salary.
