不想补数据了，怎样回答比较好呢？

in vitro cell culture will enhance their conclusion. For example, isolate primary hepatocytes and islets from PPKO and normal mice. challenge these cells with STZ and glucose and measure the expression levels of critical regulators involved in insulin signaling. eg: G6Pase, PEPCK, PGC-1alpha, Glut4 and etc.

    呵呵，人家都说了补做实验能够增强你的结论，感觉还是补点数据的好。否则你可以说明不补数据不会影响你的结果，但是感觉还是补的好，尊重审稿人意见么

    我好尊重他们啊， 可是我现在确实补不了，
    所以我的思路是，We fully agree that in vitro cell culture will help us to get better conclusion. 然后有一个冠冕堂皇的理由说补不了。 结束时说|We hope focused on in vivo study, if it's possible.   现在在苦想理由呢， please help
